GROUP CLASSES
Join a supportive community and stay motivated as you train alongside others, whether from the comfort of your home or in person. Stephanie offers online, in-person, and hybrid classes. Each class is 60 minutes and includes a thorough warm up to prepare your body for the session ahead. If props are needed, they will be noted in the class descriptions below. PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are a one-on-one space where everything is built around you. We’ll focus on your goals and create an approach that works with your body and your training.
You can use these sessions for flexibility, pole, or both.
My goal is to help you make steady, realistic progress, whether that’s getting more comfortable in certain tricks, smoothing out transitions, or working through something that’s been feeling stuck. Sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
